Is your copy turning readers into customers right now, without costing you an arm and leg?
At the end of the day, good copywriting sells your product or service, or makes your reader feel or do something. If your copy’s not doing any of that—if it’s just entertaining your reader or scoring a quick laugh—then why waste your hard-earned dollarydoos on it?
I’m Nick Petrou, an Australian copywriter based in Perth. I write copy that fulfils its objectives, turning readers into customers and fans. I do this in a way that’s straightforward and affordable, so you know exactly what’s going on and can put more of your time and money into other things.
With all that said, this doesn’t mean we can’t have fun writing copy, nor that you can kick back and expect diamonds without giving me something to work with. When I write copy for you, it’s a collaborative process. We’re beginning what I hope will be a fruitful relationship, and strengthening your brand along the way.
After we iron out all the important things like your target audience, your product or service’s features, its benefits, and your tone of voice, I’ll write you some next-level copy. We’ll then go through it together to make sure it’s actually inspiring your reader to do or feel what you want them to.
That’s the gist of it, but I wanted to be upfront about the whole working together thing because honesty is something I prize above all else. If we’ve got that, we’re gonna go far.
So what exactly can I write for you?
- Scripts, including video and podcast scripts
- Website copy, including landing pages, about pages, and more
- Blog post and articles
- Social media posts and profiles
- Belated birthday cards
- Brand stories
- Product descriptions
- Brochures and flyers
- I also offer proofing, editing, and ghostwriting (ooo, spooky)
